LOW IMPACT AEROBICS
Challenging yet no bouncing. Includes resistance training and abdominal work

SCULPT
Powerful lower body movements, challenging upper body resistance exercises and abdominal work. Increases strength, endurance and flexibility of all the major muscle groups.

INTERVAL TRAINING
A series of exercises for maximum cardio impact.

SALSA
High impact with a Laint dance beat.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Call Vince Kalinoski to schedule an appointment with a certified personal trainer for a training plan to fit your needs. There is a modest fee for each session.

ADULT WEIGHT and CARDIO TRAINING
The JCC offers one on one training sessions which can help you learn proper technique, seat placements and other helpful hints that can help firm your body. Call Vince at 346-6595 for more details.
